Terms and Conditions - algarve-alvor-lets

Rental is in Pounds Sterling (euros are accepted) and based on maximum occupancy (6 persons). There is no discount
for under occupancy. A non refundable deposit of £150 per week per apartment is required to
reach us within 7 days of any verbal booking. If no deposit is received the property will be
readvertised as available. The booking charts on this web site are for general guidance - please
phone the owners for up to the minute information. The balance will be required to reach us
8 weeks prior to your departure. Confirmation of your booking and a statement of your final
balance will be sent to you on payment of a deposit, a receipt and useful information will be sent
to you upon payment of the balance.

We understand that on occasions your plans may change and you may unfortunately be
unable to take your holiday. We regret that no monies can be refunded in the event of your
cancellation of the holiday - to this end we strongly suggest you take out holiday insurance with
provision for cancellation.

Bookings are taken on a Saturday to Saturday basis, however flexibility will be considered. Arrival
check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am unless agreed otherwise by prior arrangement.
This provides enough time for the apartment to be cleaned between guest arrivals and
departures. We will endeavor to be flexible to suit flight times, where possible.

The apartment is provided with a once weekly maid service at the end of each week.
Each property attracts a breakage deposit of £150. This amount is a precautionary deposit and
will be returned in full by cheque within 14 days of departure, providing no damage or breakages
have occurred during your stay.

Linen: A linen change is provided on stays 2 weeks or more ie., changed after the first 7 days of stay Used linen is to be placed in hallway inside the apartment by 12 noon on the 7th day - new linen will have already been left in wardrobe prior to your stay.

Long term lets: Long term lets attract different rules: Cleaning and linen changes will be subject to a separate charge.

Towels: Towels will be provided for use within the apartment. Please bring your own beach towels.

Washing machines are provided for everyone to use.

Pool : The pool is open from May - mid/end October - (Please check with owners as dates may alter slightly). Important: Parents are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.

There is NO SMOKING in our apartments.

Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

Both our apartments are on the ground floor and are, we believe, easily accessible - if you have any particular needs to be met please talk to us and we'll do our best to advise you of the accommodation's suitability for you.

Our one bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor and can be accessed by stairs or lift.

All our balconies are solid with no gaps, but in all cases parents should be watchful of children when on the balconies.

All distances and measurements are approximate. Please remember - places change - bars and
restaurants may change hands, new amenities may open and older ones may close - please
inform us if you find any of the information we have given you to be inaccurate.

Any complaints about the accommodation or the complex should initially be made to
reception - if the complaint cannot be resolved by this means then call us on:

are within our control.

By sending us a deposit we understand that you have read these terms and conditions and
accept them. We cannot refund deposits through your failure to read this document. This does
not affect your statutory rights.
